Use of the Producrs
Kht Vermillon hobbyhorses are not children’s toys and cannot be recommended under 14 years of age. These hobbyhorses are hobby equipment, collectibles and decorations. We are not responsible if the instructions given are not followed. Underaged person must have a permission from a guardian to buy these products.

Delivery
Products are shipped via Posti. Delivery is free in Finland. When shipping outside of Finland, shipping cost is stated at the checkout. The product will be shipped within 3 working days. The product usually arrives in 2–6 days. When shipping outside of Finland, the product arrives in from a week to a month. You can also pickup the product in Vantaa, Finland. When shipping outside of EU, taxes might be added to the price. The buyer is responsible for the taxes. Shipping costs you can see here.

Returns
Products purchased from the online shop have a legal 14-day return policy, calculated form the day customer receives the products. The product must be its original condition. We may require a picture of the product before returning it. The buyer pays the shipping cost. The money will be refunded when the product is returned. The products are not exchangeable. Commissions cannot be returned. I will send pictures of finished commission. You don't have to buy the commission work, If you are not happy with it. You have to notify this before the payment. I have the right to sell the buyer's designed product if the buyer is not happy with it.
